Once a tracking number is issued, the order cannot be canceled.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:

The item is unused and in original packaging.

You have proof of purchase.

Customers are only charged for one shipping fee (includes returns).

No restocking fee.

For defective, damaged, or wrong items, Vapepie covers all shipping costs and sends a replacement or refund.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
